This recipe is not only fast and convenient but it's so delicious, just perfect for your table.
Ingredients: 15 fresh chillies, roughly chopped 300ml apple cider vinegar 2 tsp salt
1. Add the chillies and vinegar to the inner pot, adding more vinegar if needed to completely cover the chillies.
2. Add the salt then put the lid on and close the pressure valve. Select the STEW (STEW/SOUP) function and adjust the time to 1 minute.
3. When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
4. Leave to cool slightly and liquidise using a hand blender (or transfer to a blender) until as smooth as you like.
Once cooled, your sauce can be bottled and stored for up to 3 months. Don’t worry if it starts to separate over time, just give it a shake before each use.
